Montel is  a graduate of the Columbus College of Art and Design (CCAD) with a Bachelors in Illustration. His love for art comes from his fondness of observation. Additionally he finds inspiration in sports, fashion, movies and music. He often finds himself making pieces based around the mood and lyrics to his favorite songs, or whatever he's listening to at the moment. Hip Hop and R&B music videos, Sports Magazines, and Cartoons were his subconscious muse growing up. The thought of channeling his inspiration into visual expression is something that always excites him and is the reason why he fell in love with art in the first place. He creates digital as well as traditional art work.
